RennovEN™

Renovation & Remodelling

Bathroom renovation with waterproofing done before the tiles

New tiles, fittings and layout, built on a proper waterproofing layer so it never leaks into walls or the room below, with a 10-year warranty.

Most bathroom renovations replace what you can see — tiles, taps, the WC — and skip what you can’t: the waterproofing underneath. Six months later, the walls outside start showing damp again.

At RennovEN, waterproofing is the first layer of every bathroom we renovate. Then come concealed plumbing, the right slopes to the drain, anti-skid tiles and fittings that look good for years.

Signs you need this

  • Damp patches on walls outside the bathroom
  • Water stagnates instead of draining
  • Tiles are cracked, hollow or stained
  • Old fittings leak or have low pressure
  • Slippery floor, unsafe for elders

The RennovEN promise

  • 10-year warranty on all works
  • Itemised pricing, approved before work begins
  • One accountable team across every trade

Diagnosis

Why it happens

No waterproofing membrane

Tiles and grout are not waterproof. Water passes through joints into the floor and walls without a membrane underneath.

Wrong floor slope

Floors sloped away from the drain leave water standing, which finds its way into joints.

Leaking concealed joints

Old concealed pipe joints leak inside the wall, invisible until damage appears.

Our method

How RennovEN does it

  1. 1

    Strip & inspect

Remove old tiles and check pipes and slab condition.

  2. 2

    Plumb & waterproof

New concealed plumbing, pressure test, then a waterproofing membrane.

  3. 3

    Tile

Correct slope to drain and anti-skid flooring.

  4. 4

    Fit
