Every job RennovEN executes on your residential property comes with a written 10-year warranty from the date of handover. If a defect appears because of our workmanship or installation, we put it right at no cost to you.

What is covered
- Defects caused by RennovEN workmanship or installation
- All works we execute, across every trade
- Repair or rework at no cost to you — labour and our materials
- 10 years from the date of handover in your warranty certificate
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, natural fading and ageing of finishes
- Consumables such as bulbs, washers, cartridges and batteries
- Damage from misuse, accidents, fire, flood, earthquake or other calamities
- Work altered or repaired by anyone other than RennovEN
- Defects in existing structure not part of our scope (noted at inspection)
- Manufacturer defects in products — covered by the brand’s warranty, which we help you claim
How to make a warranty claim

Report it
Call, WhatsApp or email us with your warranty number and photos of the issue.

Inspection
We schedule an inspection to identify the cause of the defect.

Fix
If it is covered, we repair it at no cost and document the fix.
- 4
Close-out
You confirm the repair and your warranty continues for its full term.
Keeping your warranty valid
Settle your final invoice
The warranty certificate is issued on handover and full payment.
Report defects promptly
Tell us within 30 days of noticing an issue, so it doesn’t get worse.
Basic upkeep
Keep drains clear and avoid drilling into waterproofed areas. Our AMC can handle this for you.
Let us do repairs
Repairs or changes by others to warranted work can void cover for that area.
