Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Inspections

Free inspections can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time at no charge. Please let us know in advance so we can offer the slot to another homeowner.

2. Construction, renovation and repair projects

• Before work starts and before materials are ordered: the advance is refunded in full, less any design or drawing work already delivered at your request, as itemised in your Agreement.
• After work starts or materials are ordered: we will refund the advance and payments made, less the value of works completed, materials procured or delivered (which become yours), and any non-cancellable costs incurred, as shown in a written statement.
• Custom-made items such as modular kitchens, wardrobes, made-to-measure curtains and fabricated items are non-refundable once production has started.

3. AMC plans

Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of purchase and before any service visit. After that, plans are non-refundable except as stated in our AMC Terms.

4. Home décor products

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch, except custom or made-to-measure items once production has started. Returns of delivered products are covered by our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy.

5. If we cancel

If we are unable to deliver a service or product you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered part in full.

6. How refunds are processed

• Request a cancellation or refund by emailing ping@rennoven.com with your booking, invoice or order reference.
• We confirm the refundable amount in writing within 3 working days.
• Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method, or to your bank account for offline payments.
• Banks and payment providers may take additional time to credit the amount, typically 5–7 working days.
