Do you construct commercial buildings?

No. We currently build residential properties only — independent houses, villas, duplexes, floor additions and residential extensions.

How is the construction cost calculated?

Cost depends on built-up area, number of floors, soil and foundation type, structural design, and the specification of materials and finishes you choose. After a site visit we give you an itemised BOQ rather than a vague per-square-foot figure.

Can you help with drawings and building approvals?

Yes. Our architect and structural engineer partners prepare drawings, and we help you with the sanction-plan documents. The authority itself grants the approval, and its fees are paid separately.

How do payments work?

Payments are linked to construction milestones defined in your agreement, such as foundation, plinth, each slab and finishing. You pay as work is completed and checked.

What does the 10-year warranty cover?

All works we execute are covered against workmanship and installation defects for 10 years from handover, subject to our Warranty Policy. Branded products carry their manufacturer’s warranty, and we help you claim it.

Can you add a floor to my existing house?

Often, yes — but only after a structural assessment confirms the existing foundation and columns can safely carry the additional load. If they cannot, we explain the strengthening options.
