Partner Terms

1. Onboarding and verification

Partners must complete onboarding, including identity and business verification (such as PAN, GSTIN where applicable, and bank details), and provide accurate information about skills, certifications and licences. We may decline or discontinue any Partner at our discretion.

2. Independent status

Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of RennovEN. Partners are responsible for their own staff, wages, statutory contributions, taxes and compliance.

3. Quality standards

• Execute work strictly as per the work order, specifications and RennovEN method statements and checklists.
• Use only the specified, genuine materials. Substitution is not permitted without written approval.
• Allow inspection of work at any stage by our engineers, and rectify non-conforming work at no extra cost.
• Complete work within agreed timelines and inform us immediately of any delay or site issue.

4. Warranty support

RennovEN gives customers a 10-year warranty on all works. Partners must rectify defects arising from their workmanship, at their own cost, whenever called upon during the warranty period, within the response times set out in the Partner Agreement.

5. Conduct at customer homes

• Carry identification and follow RennovEN’s code of conduct at all times.
• Treat customers, their families and property with respect; protect furniture and fittings and keep the site clean.
• Never collect cash or payments from customers, or ask them to pay into a personal account.
• Do not solicit customers introduced by RennovEN for direct work, for the duration of the engagement and 12 months after.
• Zero tolerance for harassment, intoxication, theft or unsafe behaviour.

6. Safety and legal compliance

Partners must follow safe working practices, provide appropriate safety equipment to their workers, comply with applicable labour laws (including on wages, working hours and prohibition of child labour), and maintain any insurance or registrations required by law.

7. Customer data and confidentiality

Customer information is shared only to perform the work. Partners must keep it confidential, use it only for the assigned job, not copy or retain it, and comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as a processor acting on our instructions. Photos of customer homes may not be posted publicly.

8. Payments and taxes

Partners are paid as per the Partner Agreement after verification of completed work. Payments are subject to deduction of tax at source and other statutory deductions where applicable. Partners must issue valid tax invoices.

9. Products and marketplace listings

Suppliers and manufacturers listing products must ensure accurate descriptions, pricing, specifications and warranty terms, comply with the Legal Metrology and consumer protection laws, and honour product warranties directly with customers.

10. Brand use

Partners may not use the RennovEN™ name or logo except as expressly permitted in writing, for example on approved uniforms or ID cards.

11. Termination and indemnity

Either party may end the engagement as per the Partner Agreement. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these terms, quality failures or misconduct. Partners indemnify RennovEN against losses arising from their negligence, breach or violation of law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to arbitration seated at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
