Payment Terms

1. Pricing and taxes

Prices are as stated in your quotation, Plan confirmation or product quote, in Indian Rupees. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes are charged as per law and shown separately on invoices.

2. Payment schedules

• Construction and renovation: an advance on acceptance, followed by payments linked to the milestones defined in your Agreement, with the balance on completion and handover.
• AMC plans: payable in advance for the Plan term.
• Home décor and custom items: an advance on order, as stated in the quote, with the balance before delivery or installation.
• Materials under AMC: billed at actuals after use, as approved by you.

3. How to pay

You can pay online through our secure payment gateway (UPI, cards, net banking and other supported methods) or by bank transfer to the company account stated on your invoice.

Important: pay only to RennovEN Technologies Private Limited’s official account or payment link. Never pay cash or transfer money to the personal account of any technician, partner or employee. We will never ask you to do so.

4. Invoices and receipts

We issue a tax invoice for each billable amount and a receipt for each payment received. Keep them safe; your warranty certificate references your final invoice.

5. Late or missed payments

If a milestone payment is not made when due, we may pause work after giving you notice until payment is received. The timeline will be extended accordingly.

6. Payment security

Online payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card details. Payment confirmations are verified on our servers before they are recorded.

7. Failed transactions and refunds

If money is debited but the payment fails, it is normally reversed by your bank or the gateway automatically within 5–7 working days. Refunds are processed as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
